Benefit Summary - USA

Salaried benefits apply to all employees not covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement include:

Health Insurance Coverage:
Medical, hospitalization and prescription coverage is available, with a premium contribution, through Definity Health plans. This consumer-driven health care product offers 100% preventative care, including an annual vision exam, and has network providers throughout the country. Employees will have the option of electing coverage among three different plans.  Each plan varies in deductible and premium contribution levels.

Vision:
Vision benefits are provided by EyeMed. Coverage includes eye exams, frames, lenses and contacts with a minimal premium contribution.

Dental:
Dental benefits are provided by CIGNA. With a minimal premium contribution, the PPO plan allows for 100% coverage for preventative care, 80% coverage for routine maintenance, 50% coverage for major procedures, and 50% coverage for orthodontia (dependents under 19 years of age).

Prescription Drugs:
Included under the Health Insurance Coverage (above).

Life Insurance:
A basic life insurance plan of 2 times annual base salary is provided for the employee by Union Pumps through MetLife. Optional supplemental life insurance may also be purchased at competitive group rates. In addition, employees may select dependent life insurance for their spouse and/or children.

Disability Coverage:
Both short term and long term disability coverage is provided by MetLife. Salary continuance will be provided at 100% for the first 13 weeks. After 13 weeks, the benefit level is 60%.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA):
Pre-tax savings is available to employees who wish to elect this benefit for medical reimbursement or dependent care up to $5,000 annually.

Textron Savings Plan:
Union Pump provides all employees with a company funded 401k. This 401k plan includes an automatic retirement kicker of 1%, in addition to a $1 for $1 match up to 4%, and a 5-year vesting schedule with loans allowed.

Employee Assistance Program:
Confidential personal counseling is available to all employees and their household members via a convenient toll free number. Counselors with a Masters' Degree in Social Work, are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are experienced in dealing with marital and family issues, addictions, legal and financial concerns, stress, anxiety and depression. This service is contracted with organizations in communities local to the employee.

Business Travel Accident Insurance:
Additional life insurance coverage is available up to four (4) times your annual base salary.
